1. Những thay đổi về lãi suất tiền gửi và lãi suất cho vay ngắn hạn

Some changes in deposit interest rate and short-term lending interest rate

Kể từ ngày 03/4/2023, một số Quyết định về việc thay đổi mức lãi suất điều hành do Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam ban hành đã có hiệu lực với các nội dung như sau:

Since April 3rd, 2023, a number of Decisions on changing the regulatory interest rate promulgated by the State Bank of Vieftnam have come into effect with details as follows:

(1) Theo Quyết định 575/QĐ-NHNN:

According to Decision No. 575/QD-NHNN:

– Mức lãi suất tối đa áp dụng đối với tiền gửi không kỳ hạn và có kỳ hạn dưới 1 tháng là 0,5%/năm

The maximum interest rate applied for demand deposits and deposits with a term of under one month is 0.5% per year

– Lãi suất tối đa áp dụng đối với tiền gửi có kỳ hạn từ 01 đến dưới 6 tháng là 5,5%/năm

The maximum interest rate for deposits with a term of one to under six months is 5.5% per year

(2) Tại Quyết định số 576/QĐ-NHNN, Ngân hàng Nhà nước giảm mức lãi suất cho vay ngắn hạn tối đa bằng đồng Việt Nam của tổ chức tín dụng đối với khách hàng vay để đáp ứng nhu cầu vốn phục vụ một số lĩnh vực, ngành kinh tế theo quy định tại Thông tư số 39/2016/TT-NHNN từ 5,0%/năm xuống 4,5%/năm.

In Decision No. 576/QĐ-NHNN, The State Bank reduced credit institutions’ maximum short-term loan interest rate in Vietnam dong from 5.0% per year to 4.5% per year for borrowers to satisfy the capital demands in some economic sectors and industries according to the regulations of  Circular No. 39/2016/TT-NHNN.

 

2. Bổ sung một số nội dung trong việc thi hành Luật Đất đai

Supplementing a couple of contents in the implementation of the Land Law

Ngày 03/4/2023, Chính phủ ban hành Nghị định 10/2023/NĐ-CP về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của các Nghị định hướng dẫn thi hành Luật Đất đai. Trong đó, có một số nội dung như sau:

On April 3rd, 2023, the Government promulgated Decree No. 10/2023/ND-CP amending and supplementing some articles of the Decrees guiding the implementation of the Land Law, therein including details as follows:

– Bổ sung trình tự thu hồi đất đối với trường hợp chấm dứt hoạt động của dự án đầu tư theo quy định về đầu tư.

Supplementing the sequence of land recovery in case of termination of an investment project operation due to investment regulations.

– Bổ sung quy định về điều kiện chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất trồng lúa, đất rừng phòng hộ, đất rừng đặc dụng sang mục đích khác để thực hiện dự án đầu tư.

Supplementing regulations on conditions for changing the use purpose of paddy land, protection forest land, and special-use forest land to other purposes for the implementation of investment projects.

– Bổ sung quy định về đấu giá quyền sử dụng đất khi Nhà nước giao đất có thu tiền sử dụng đất, cho thuê đất

Supplementing regulations on auctions of land use rights when the State allocates land with collection of land use levy or leases land.

Nghị định này sẽ có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 10/5/2023.

This Decree shall come into effect on May 10th, 2023.
