1. Giảm mức thu lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng tên miền quốc gia “.vn”
Registration charges for using country domain names “.vn” will be reduced
Ngày 13/4/2023, Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính ban hành Thông tư 20/2023/TT-BTC quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí duy trì sử dụng tên miền và địa chỉ Internet, lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng tên miền quốc gia “.vn” và lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng địa chỉ Internet (IP).
On April 13th, 2023, the Minister of Finance promulgated Circular No. 20/2023/TT-BTC regulating collection rates, methods of collection, payment, management and use of fees for maintaining the use of domain names and Internet addresses, registration charges for using the national domain name “.vn” and registration charges for using Internet address (IP).
Theo đó, quy định các mức thu lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng tên miền như sau:
Accordingly, registration charges for using national domain name are regulated with details as follows:
– Tên miền cấp 2 có 1 ký tự: 100.000 đồng/lần;
Second-level domain name with one character: 100,000 VND/time
– Tên miền cấp 2 có 2 ký tự: 100.000 đồng/lần;
Second-level domain name with two characters: 100,000 VND/time
– Tên miền cấp 2 khác: 100.000 đồng/lần;
Other second-level domain names: 100,000 VND/time
– Tên miền cấp 3 dưới tên miền cấp 2 dùng chung:
Third–level domain under shared second–level domain:
+ Tên miền dạng: com.vn, net.vn, biz.vn, ai.vn là 100.000 đồng/lần.
Forms of domain name: com.vn, net.vn, biz.vn, ai.vn are charged at 100,000 VND/time
+ Tên miền dạng: edu.vn, gov.vn, org.vn, ac.vn, health.vn, int.vn và tên miền theo địa giới hành chính là 50.000 đồng/lần;
Forms of domain name: edu.vn, gov.vn, org.vn, ac.vn, health.vn, int.vn and domain names according to administrative boundaries are charged at 50,000 VND/time
+ Tên miền dạng: info.vn, pro.vn, id.vn, io.vn, name.vn là 10.000 đồng/lần;
Forms of domain name: info.vn, pro.vn, id.vn, io.vn, name.vn are charged at 10,000 VND/time
– Tên miền Tiếng việt: 10.000 đồng/lần.
Vietnamese domain names: 10,000 VND/time
Thông tư này có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/6/2023.
This Circular shall come into effect on June 1st, 2023.
2. Bổ sung quy định về đăng ký hộ kinh doanh qua mạng
Supplementing a number of regulations on online household business registration
Ngày 18/4/2023, Bộ Kế hoạch và Đầu tư đã ban hành Thông tư 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Thông tư số 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT ngày 16 tháng 3 năm 2021 hướng dẫn về đăng ký doanh nghiệp.
On April 18th, 2023, the Ministry of Planning and Investment promulgated Circular No. 02/2023/TT-BKHĐT amending and supplementing some articles of the Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT dated March 16th, 2021 guiding business registration.
Theo đó, bổ sung một số quy định nhằm hướng dẫn đăng ký hộ kinh doanh qua mạng thông tin điện tử như sau:
Accordingly, supplementing several provisions to guide household business registration via online network as follows:
– Người nộp hồ sơ đăng ký hộ kinh doanh kê khai thông tin, tải văn bản điện tử, sử dụng chữ ký số để ký xác thực hồ sơ đăng ký hộ kinh doanh theo quy trình trên hệ thống thông tin về đăng ký hộ kinh doanh.
Applicants of household business registration declare information, download electronic documents and use digital signatures to authenticate household business registration documents following the process on the information system of the household business registration.
– Cơ quan đăng ký kinh doanh cấp huyện trả giấy biên nhận hồ sơ và kết quả giải quyết thủ tục đăng ký hộ kinh doanh cho người nộp hồ sơ qua mạng thông tin điện tử theo quy trình trên hệ thống thông tin về đăng ký hộ kinh doanh.
The business registration authority of the district returns the application receipt and the results of the household business registration procedure to applicants via the electronic information network following the process on the information system of the household business registration.
– Hồ sơ đăng ký hộ kinh doanh qua mạng thông tin điện tử có giá trị pháp lý tương đương hồ sơ đăng ký hộ kinh doanh bằng bản giấy.
A household business registration dossier applied via the electronic information network has the same legal validity as its hard copy.
Thông tư này có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/7/2023.
This Circular shall take effect from July 1st, 2023.
