REQUIREMENT:
- Specialization: Bachelor degree in Law, having a legal practicing certificate/ lawyer ID
- Experience: At least 03 years as a consulting lawyer or participating in litigation;
- Good communication skills, English reading and writing skills
- Be able to travel in and out of Ho Chi Minh City to meet working requirements
- Have negotiating, litigating and client consulting skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Directly communicate with and give clients advice in litigation process, come up with optimal solutions in each case following each stage of litigation process;
- Directly consult and prepare contracts, legal dossiers basing on clients’ requirements;
- Research on cases and prepare necessary documents and legal dossiers;
- Participate in litigation process on clients’ behalf (including pre-litigation process such as negotiation and conciliation) in civil cases, administrative cases, criminal cases, etc;
- Participate in contract negotiation on clients’ behalf;
- Directly work with executives, judges, state agency, etc;
- Other related tasks according to the direct manager’s requirements.
