QUY ĐỊNH MỚI VỀ ĐIỀU KIỆN HOẠT ĐỘNG CỦA ĐIỂM TRUY NHẬP INTERNET CÔNG CỘNG

NEW REGULATIONS ON OPERATING CONDITIONS FOR PUBLIC INTERNET ACCESS POINTS

 

 

Điều kiện hoạt động của điểm truy nhập internet công cộng được quy định mới trong Nghị định 147/2024/NĐ-CP về quản lý, cung cấp, sử dụng dịch vụ internet và thông tin trên mạng như sau:

Decree 147/2024/ND-CP on the management, provision, and use of internet services and online information has introduced new regulations governing the operation of public internet access points:

  • Chủ điểm truy nhập Internet công cộng tại khách sạn, nhà hàng, sân bay, bến tàu, bến xe, quán cà phê và các điểm công cộng khác khi cung cấp dịch vụ truy nhập Internet cho người sử dụng trong phạm vi các địa điểm này: không phải đăng ký kinh doanh đại lý Internet và ký hợp đồng đại lý Internet nếu không thu cước; phải đăng ký kinh doanh đại lý Internet và ký hợp đồng đại lý Internet nếu có thu cước.

Public Internet access points located in hotels, restaurants, airports, ports, bus stations, cafes, and other public places are not obligated to obtain an Internet service provider license or enter into an Internet service provider contract if the service is offered free of charge. Conversely, if a fee is charged for the Internet access service, such entities must be duly licensed as Internet service providers and enter into the requisite contractual arrangements.

  • Cung cấp dịch vụ trò chơi điện tử phải tuân thủ thời gian hoạt động theo quy định.

The provision of online gaming services must comply with the stipulated operating hours.

  • Chủ điểm truy nhập Internet công cộng của doanh nghiệp có trách nhiệm sau đây: treo biển “Điểm truy nhập Internet công cộng,”, trường hợp điểm truy nhập Internet công cộng đồng thời là điểm cung cấp dịch vụ trò chơi điện tử công cộng thì treo biển theo quy định. Điểm truy nhập Internet công cộng của doanh nghiệp có cung cấp dịch vụ trò chơi điện tử tuân thủ thời gian hoạt động theo quy định.

Public Internet access point owners have the following responsibilities: to display a “Public Internet Access Point” sign; and, if the premises also function as a public Internet gaming venue, shall comply with the signage requirements for such venues. Public Internet access points providing online game services shall comply with the prescribed operating hours.

  • Công dân Việt Nam từ đủ 18-23 tuổi được ưu tiên, hỗ trợ trong đăng ký sử dụng tên miền cấp 3 dưới “.id.vn”

Vietnamese citizens aged 18 to 23 are prioritized and supported in registering third-level domain names under “.id.vn”

  • Công dân Việt Nam từ đủ 18 tuổi đến đủ 23 tuổi được ưu tiên, hỗ trợ trong đăng ký sử dụng tên miền cấp 3 dưới “.id.vn” bao gồm: miễn, giảm lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng tên miền quốc gia Việt Nam “.vn”; miễn, giảm phí duy trì sử dụng tên miền quốc gia Việt Nam “.vn” trong thời hạn cụ thể theo quy định của pháp luật về phí, lệ phí.

Vietnamese citizens aged 18 to 23 are prioritized and supported in registering third-level domain names under “.id.vn”, including exemptions or reductions in registration and renewal fees for Vietnamese country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs) “.vn”

  • Doanh nghiệp và hộ kinh doanh có giấy chứng nhận đăng ký hộ kinh doanh theo quy định của pháp luật được ưu tiên, hỗ trợ trong đăng ký sử dụng tên miền cấp 3 dưới “.biz.vn” bao gồm: miễn, giảm về lệ phí đăng ký sử dụng tên miền quốc gia Việt Nam “.vn”; miễn, giảm phí duy trì sử dụng tên miền quốc gia Việt Nam “.vn” trong thời hạn cụ thể theo quy định của pháp luật về phí, lệ phí.

Businesses and household businesses with valid business registration certificates are eligible for preferential treatment and support in registering third-level domain names under “.biz.vn”, including exemptions or reductions in registration and renewal fees for Vietnamese country-code top-level domains (ccTLDs) “.vn”

Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 25/12/2024./.

This Decree will take effect from December 25, 2024. /.
