Chính phủ đề xuất tiếp tục giảm thuế giá trị gia tăng 2%
The Government proposes to continue the 2% reduction in value added tax
Ngày 04/10/2023, Chính phủ đã ban hành Nghị quyết 164/NQ-CP phiên họp Chính phủ thường kỳ tháng 9 năm 2023 và Hội nghị trực tuyến Chính phủ với địa phương.
On October 4th, 2023, the Government promulgated the Resolution No. 164/ND-CP of the Regular Government meeting in September, 2023 and online conference of the Government with localities.
Theo đó, Chính phủ đề xuất việc trình Quốc hội tiếp tục giảm thuế giá trị gia tăng 2% trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2024 và giao Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội xem xét quyết định trong thời gian giữa 2 kỳ họp Quốc hội nếu tình hình kinh tế và doanh nghiệp vẫn còn khó khăn.
Accordingly, the Government proposes the submission of continuing the 2% reduction in value-added tax in the first 6 months of 2024 to the National Assembly and assign the National Assembly Standing Committee to consider and decide in the period between two Congress Meetings if the economy and enterprises are still facing difficulties.
Trên cơ sở đề xuất của các bộ, cơ quan, địa phương về các chính sách phí, lệ phí khuyến khích người dân, doanh nghiệp sử dụng dịch vụ công trực tuyến (như: thu phí, lệ phí 0 đồng hoặc giảm 50% phí, lệ phí khi thực hiện dịch vụ công trực tuyến, thời gian áp dụng đến hết năm 2025).
Furthermore, on the basis of proposals from ministries, agencies and localities on fee and charge policies to encourage citizens and enterprises to use online public services (such as zero cost or 50% reduction in charges fees when performing online public services, applicable until the end of 2025).
